Seneca Village Capital has a distinct and proven investment approach, leveraging new and existing partnerships with experienced real estate developers. Our ideal borrower is a trade builder/rehabber, and we seek to create long-term financial partnerships for all of their lending activity. We concentrate on building relationships with capable and qualified borrowers, leveraging technology in inefficient markets and responding swiftly to capital market conditions.
